Why I created this room.
The leaders I work with carry a great deal, and most have very few places where they can say what’s actually true. Not the version for the board. Not the version for the team. The real one.
I’ve watched what changes when a leader finds even one room where they don’t have to perform. I host the working sessions myself, and I care as much about who is in the room as I do about what we talk about.

For leaders who want a more structured starting point. A guided 30-day experience: the C³ Protocol, daily leadership practices, the Leadership Stability Index, and access to The Standard’s group conversations and private community during your 30 days.
Your Reset creates the space to see and lead differently. The Standard gives you an ongoing place to maintain that perspective, navigate new challenges, and connect with leaders who understand the responsibility you carry. Reset participants can continue at $297/month, but enrolling is a separate, optional decision. Nothing renews automatically.

Who is The Standard for?
Funded founders and senior executives who carry significant leadership responsibility. The application helps us understand whether the room is right for you and whether you’re right for the room.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Discretion is a shared expectation of every member. We ask everyone to keep what’s said in the room private. It’s a community agreement, not a legal guarantee beyond the terms of membership.
When are the sessions?
Every other Thursday at noon Central Time, for one hour, live with Angus. In between, the private WhatsApp community stays open for questions and conversation.
What happens after I apply?
I review your application personally and reply within three business days. If it looks like a fit, you’ll receive an invitation, and you pay only after you accept it. You’ll then get access to the community and the working sessions.
Do I need to do the Reset first?
No. You can apply directly. The 30-Day Leadership Reset is another way in: a complete, one-time $497 experience that includes access to The Standard’s group conversations for your 30 days. Continuing afterward is a separate, optional decision at $297/month, and it never happens automatically.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Membership is billed monthly at $297 after you accept your invitation. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
How is this different from Private Advisory?
The Standard is a curated group room. Private Advisory is direct, one-on-one work with Angus for founders and executives navigating consequential decisions or a transition in how they lead. If you already know you want direct access, go to Private Advisory.
